• Lawn Cutting: We use professional lawn cutting equipment enabling us to provide you with an impressive striped lawn which will compliment the surrounding planting. Where possible, we like to encourage our clients to allow small areas of grass to grow slightly longer to benefit all forms of wildlife living or visiting their garden. Examples of this can be around the bases of mature trees or the surrounding borders of a cut lawn.
• Scarifying: Scarifying is the process of removing thatch from a lawn. Thatch is dead organic material which sits on the surface of the soil. Excessive thatch can obstruct oxygen and water from accessing the soil which can cause problems to the health and appearance of your lawn.
• Aeration: Aeration is the process of creating a series of holes in the lawn using a mechanical aerator. Like scarifying, aeration allows essential water, oxygen and other nutrients to access the soil and root levels of the lawn, as well as reducing compaction in the soil.
